We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Claims for Damaged or Defective Products/ Refund Policy

Unboxing Video Required for Claims

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please record an unboxing video and email it to daphisbakery@gmail.com. This video will be required for any claim related to product damage. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your unboxing video, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at daphisbakery@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with 24 hr of delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
